After Midnight will be screening during or Geelong Pride Film Festival online event 23 Oct - 3 Nov 2020. This short film from Brazil explores the passion of new love. Young couple Gabriel and Lucas move in together. Their attraction is clear, but will their passion be enough to keep them together when they seem to want different things from their relationship? Sometimes happily ever after is not as we first imagine it to be. Tickets on sale later this month. Our LGBTIQ+ Short Film Screenplay Commission is open for submissions. Calling all screenwriters and filmmakers! The Geelong Pride Film Festival Screenplay Commission will provide $500 for an Australian LGBTIQA+ themed short film screenplay. Details: https://filmfreeway.com/GeelongPrideFilmScreenplay Short film scripts must explore LGBTIQA+ characters and themes and incorporate a regional Australian setting and/or an iconic regional Australian symbol.
