Tonight we were honoured that our partnership with WorkSafe Victoria on presenting 'TransMilitary + Q&A with Sally Goldner' was recognised as one of three finalists for 'Regional Pride Initiative of the Year' at the 2019 Victorian Public Sector Pride Awards. Our event wouldn't be possible without the support of our partners and sponsors such as WorkSafe, the Victorian Government Pride Events and Festivals fund, Deakin University and many more. We are particularly proud of the TransMilitary event - our biggest screening to date - thanks to WorkSafe and the WorkPride network for helping to make that event such a success. Thanks also to our panel participants Sally Goldner, Laura Dettori Deriu and Therese Lewis from Auslan Stage Left . Don't forget to save the dates 2-5 April for our 2020 festival which will be bigger and better than ever. Congratulations to GOTAFE on their award for actions to increase LGBTIQ inclusion across their campuses. And congratulations to all the other winners.
