Building on the incredible success of the inaugural festival in 2020, the WA Made Film Festival will return in March 2021 bigger and better with more films, more educational events, and more surprises to be announced soon.

WA Made Film Festival strives to showcase and celebrate talented cast and crew, stunning locations, and unique stories from all over Western Australia.

Held 12-14 March 2021, the WA Made Film Festival will screen at our festival hub - Palace Cinemas Raine Square right in the heart of Perth city.

The WA Made Film Festival 2021 will include World Premieres, Perth Premieres, pre-screening networking events, parties with drinks and canapés, Question and Answer sessions with filmmakers and other post-screening events and educational screenings.

We've also partnered with Buy West Eat Best for a brand new smartphone filmmaking challenge called Get Smart! Presented by Buy West Eat Best. Successful submissions will have their smartphone film screened at a special WA Made Film Festival event. There are great prizes up for grabs.

Submissions are now open and will remain open until regular submissions close December 1.
