Gemma, one of the students working behind the scenes of this year's festival, visited the Australian Embassy - Jakarta, Indonesia just last week! She heard from Second Secretary - Public Diplomacy, Natassia Kaufman, on the Embassy's efforts. Natassia talked about the range of programs and initiatives her team runs, and even spoke about their very own film festival, Film Sinema Australia Indonesia. Safe to say, between her studies and this trip overseas, Gemma is well-equipped with some valuable insider knowledge as we approach our own film festival 🎥👌
