The @Travelling Film Festival is bringing all the best movies from @Sydney Film Festival to @Majestic Cinemas Nambour from 1–4 November 2019! There’s a huge range of critically acclaimed, heart-warming and eye-opening films from around the world you won’t want to miss, including their Opening Night film HEARTS AND BONES — starring Hugo Weaving as a war photographer who forms an unlikely friendly with a refugee.
Filmed on the Gold Coast and enjoying its world premiere at the Gold Coast Film Festival, the Closing Night film Escape and Evasion provided a riveting exploration of the debilitating effects of PTSD arising from active military service, and of confronting moral dilemmas. Congratulations to writer-director Storm Ashwood and the entire acting and production team.
