Best day ever yesterday! We were lucky enough to attend the Hobartville Public School Celebration of Learning to present the children with the trophy awarded to them as winners of the "Popular Jury" section of the Pequeno Cineasta. We are so impressed with this wonderful school who year after year support their students to achieve exceptional standards as young filmmakers. Dave Morabito drives this program that has transformed not only the lives of many children but also their siblings. Thanks to Pequeno Cineasta for recognising these talented young filmmakers!
Congratulations to Hobartville Public School for another success with 'Handball Legends'! Thanks so much to Pequeno Cineasta for the honour this award bring to the child filmmakers involved!

So proud to congratulate the gifted young filmmakers at Hobartville Public School! 'Handball Legends' has been accepted for screening into Pequeno Cineasta in Brazil. Last year Hobartville Public School was awarded the International Jury Popular Award for 'New Teacher' at this same Festival. These Sydney kids definitely connect with their peers in Brazil.
We've never seen an Australian child produced film have this kind of run in international festivals. Now the 'Priorities' team has been accepted for screening at the San Diego International Kids Film Festival. Wow!
